Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SoulSoul.live (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SoulSoul is an open registry for AI agent persona documents (“soul documents”). The Platform allows users to browse, star, publish, and remix persona templates for use with AI agent frameworks such as OpenClaw. The Platform provides tools for generating, merging, and deploying soul documents.

3. Non-Commercial Use

The Platform and its content are provided for personal, educational, and research purposes only. You may not use soul documents obtained from the Platform for direct commercial purposes, including but not limited to: reselling soul documents, incorporating them into paid products without attribution, or using them to train commercial AI models without the original author’s consent. Users who publish souls retain ownership of their original content (see Publishing Terms).

4. Accounts

You may create an account using email, GitHub, or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Publish soul documents that promote real-world violence, harassment, or illegal activity
• Include personally identifiable information of real individuals without consent
• Upload content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
• Attempt to circumvent safety moderation or content filters
• Use the Platform to generate content intended to deceive, manipulate, or impersonate real people in harmful ways
• Scrape or bulk-download content for commercial redistribution

6. Content Moderation

Published souls undergo automated moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice. Moderation is lenient toward creative and fictional personas but strict on safety-critical content.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Soul documents are community-generated and may contain inaccuracies or content unsuitable for all contexts. We do not endorse any specific persona or guarantee the behavior of AI agents configured with soul documents from the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

SoulSoul and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of soul documents, including but not limited to damages caused by AI agent behavior configured using content from this Platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
